Meeseva 2.0 is an online integrated service delivery gateway portal launched by the government of Telangana. ‘MEESEVA’ in Telugu means “at your service”. So, the government of Telangana keeping in mind the ease of its citizens has come up with this portal which facilitates numerous services to the people without having to go out of their houses.
The registration and application process for MeeSEVA can be done online for which the details are given in this article below. The citizens of Telangana will be the beneficiaries of this government initiative. Every citizen of the state can carry out filing applications for important documents like Aadhar card, ration card etc. on this online services portal.

- Improving the transparency, efficiency and responsibility for the government who carries out the availability of services.
- MeeSevadoes central pooling of Land records, Registration records and records of Socio-economic survey and then digitally signs them with certificates of the official authority, keeping them in the record and rendering them using an online portal.
HOW TO REGISTER AS A NEW USER AT MEESEVA 2.0 Portal?
- Visit the official website of the Government Of Telangana MEESEVA 2.0 portal – https://ts.meeseva.telangana.gov.in/meeseva/home.htm
- On the homepage that will appear, click on the option for login on the left side corner
- Then on the login page that you will be redirected to, select ‘CITIZEN’ from the dropdown available on the top.
- An option will appear on the bottom right corner of the login box that says ‘NEW USER’
- A registration form will appear on the screen when you click on it

- Fill in the details asked in the form correctly – country, state, district, address, pin code, mobile number, email etc.
- You will have to create a username and set a password for your account on the same form, which you will need to log in after registration
- Then submit the form.
- You will receive an OTP on your mobile number for verifying your identity which you will have to enter on the screen that appears.

HOW TO LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT ON MEESEVA 2.0 PORTAL
- Visit the official website of the MEESEVA 2.0 portal – https://ts.meeseva.telangana.gov.in/meeseva/home.htm
- On the left corner, see for the login option and click on it
- Select ‘CITIZEN’ from the options available in the dropdown at the top of the login box.
- Enter your User ID and password that you had set while registration and submit
- Your dashboard will appear on the screen

- On the left side of the homepage, look for the option of ‘other links’ and select ‘APPLICATION FORMS’ from the dropdown.
- All the services will appear in front of you, select the service for which you need a form from the list.
- Choose the department or sub-service
- The application form will appear on the screen
- Download the application form and take a print out of it
- Submit the form to concerned authority after carefully filling it.
